in the Field of Environmental Health (EH)

Some suggestions for where to search for online job listings:

• Public Health Departments
• Non Profit Organizations Addressing Environmental Health
• Government Agencies such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the U.S. Public Health Service and many others.
• Private Companies
• Environmental Research Corporations
• State Environmental Health Associations

These are just a few. It’s always best to first seek work experience through internships while you are still in school. Many agencies addressing environmental health are looking for help. Sometimes these internships are unpaid, but you gain valuable work experience to put on your resume. Ask the college you are interested in attending about job placement and internship opportunities.
